Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
This is a 7-month, 25 hours/week, remote contract role for a large tech company. You must be based in the US.
Summary
As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting an ongoing rebate program by ensuring purchase contracts are accurately recorded and processed. This position involves detailed auditing and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance with legal and program requirements. You'll be instrumental in facilitating seamless rebate distribution and maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy within the team.
Our Ideal Candidate
2+ years of experience in real estate operations, transactions, or a similar role
Passion for real estate operations with a strong foundation in auditing, compliance, and contract processes
Proficient in GSheets, GDocs, and DocuSign, with strong data reconciliation and documentation skills
Familiar with real estate transaction workflows and legal documentation
Skilled in collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders such as agents and brokerages
Able to work independently and manage multiple transaction records simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, program guidelines, and team needs
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Job Description
In this role, you will support the accurate qualification and logging of purchase contracts for a rebate program.
You'll partner with accounting, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure eligible agents receive appropriate credit and timely rebates. This includes:
Auditing purchase contracts to identify missing data, incorrect agent assignments, and contracts outside the eligible date range
Reconciling discrepancies and gathering necessary documentation from outside brokerages and agents
Supporting rebate processing through accurate recordkeeping and completion of ACH forms via DocuSign
Communicating effectively and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
Maintaining organized documentation to support smooth rebate execution
You will also assist in maintaining internal records and reporting, supporting the team's accuracy, transparency, and overall success.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Background in real estate operations, transactions, or related administrative functions
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $32.48 - $34.58 per hour
