Position Overview:

Under limited supervision, assess needs, partner with key stakeholders, and identify and develop appropriate content aligned with the culture and needs of the business. This person will build materials including storyboards for e-learning, webinars, video scripts, job aids, and facilitator guides, run pilots and continuously improve materials based on feedback. This position will partner with the Training Team to identify gaps and make recommendations for effective learning solutions.

Position Responsibilities:




  • Assess needs to design and develop learning initiatives that drive impact.


  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to ensure programs can be effectively delivered.


  • Fully own each program from beginning to end, including the creation and analysis of learning metrics to determine the impact on participants and the organization.


  • Develop new curriculum or modify existing materials to meet the needs of the organization.


  • Develop engaging multi-media rich materials in all formats of blended learning, including e-learning.


  • Develop distance learning training events for large groups, small groups and individuals.


  • Design and facilitate Train the Trainer experiences for new programs. Ensure transfer of content occurred to other members of the Training Team.


  • Support initiatives that impact the sales organization by educating through a variety of training formats.



Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management, Organizational Development or related field or equivalent work experience.1 year work experience in the areas of training and development, organization development, or training design.

What will put you ahead: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development. Experience in a sales organization and/or contact center environment. Experience using content creation tools like Canva, Bitable, Articulate 360. Experience using videoconferencing tools like Microsoft Teams.
