We have openings for two, full-time, temporary HVAC Installation Helpers to work with us this summer. This is a great opportunity for those new to HVAC or those currently enrolled in a technical program looking to gain some experience. This position works alongside and under the direction of a Standard Heating Installer, helping remove and replace residential HVAC equipment and all other installation tasks and duties as assigned. This is a safety-sensitive position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work at residential homes throughout the metro area. Help remove and replace furnaces, air conditioners and other related HVAC equipment. Assist lead Installer to reclaim refrigerants, set outside condenser unit, and leveling pad. Clean up job site as directed. Stock installation truck as necessary. Present themselves in professional manner at all times. Follow all safety guidelines for HVAC installation tasks. Provide high level customer service. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High personal integrity and desire to serve others. Valid driver's license & safe driving record. Mechanically inclined. Diploma or equivalent. Professional approach with customers. Safety minded. Ability to lift to 150 lbs.
