Our client is looking for a Sr. Media Engineer to join their team.
This is a full-time, 6 month contract that will require 3-4 days working on-site in Los Angeles, CA. REQUIREMENTS: - 3+ years of experience within Post Production, Animation, or VFX - Experience with Avid Media Composer and Black Magic Resolve are a must - Deep understanding of IP networking and storage, and Workstation architectures - Strong knowledge of video and audio transport protocols RESPONSIBILITIES: - Work closely with and support local and remote artists and Editorial teams - Collaborate with engineering teams and production leadership, ensuring technology solutions can support content creation efficacy - Provide concise issue reporting and Production context, document quality standards, operational procedures, and project work - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live productions - Support collaboration tools like Colorfront Streaming, Evercast, and Clearview Flex The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $85-$90 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
