Job Description Apply Now > Save Job Job Saved Bachelor's Degree in related Engineering field with 4+ years of experience in Advanced knowledge and ability to apply concepts of engineering to the oversight of support staff and their routine activities Possesses understanding of project management skills and begins to apply them to daily tasks Ability to support the development of strategic plans in coordination with Manager I's and Manager II's to manage and mitigate future challenges for the team and/or plant Effective in ensuring support team achieves consistent execution of manufacturing processes while maintaining compliant with safety guidelines Demonstrated ability to analyze process flows for enhancements to quality, cost reduction, and throughput Effective in coordinating the execution of new product development through partnership with product development, supply chain, and operations Ability to determine engineering schedules and track completion against target dates Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate and execute a desired vision to other employees Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task Prioritization skills Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers Experience working in motion and control technologies preferred
