Your role and responsibilities
In this role, In this role you will support the Global Domain Architect for Finance systems in shaping and maintaining technical landscape of the IS Services for the Financial Planning and Reporting. Being responsible for applications technical design will have significant contribution into the current and the future Services delivered to the business units.
The work model for the role is Hybrid #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the IS Services in Bangalore location.
You will be mainly accountable for:
* Own, manage and develop the architecture of the Masterdata solutions and UDM;
* Evaluate and analyze business processes and requirements to develop integrated SAP MDG ecosystem.
* Design and implement robust architectures that align with the company's strategic objectives.
* Lead the technical vision and direction for management reporting projects, ensuring successful delivery.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP MDG with other business systems and data provisioning to external systems.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP MDG features and best practices to optimize system performance and user experience.
* Provide expert guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP MDG
Qualifications for the role
- Minimum 5 years' hands on experience in SAP MDG and data modeling (UDM);
- Strong understanding of SAP MDG and related SAP technologies.
- Working experience in both front-end and back-end development;
- Understanding of application frameworks, database technologies, interfaces and security;
- Agile (esp. Scrum) knowledge and working experience;
- Knowledge of SAP CFIN and BTP is a plus;
- Understanding of ITGC controls is a plus;
- Finance processes knowledge (esp. GA and Controlling) is a plus;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
