Job Overview

As a Cloud Services, Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for RelativityOne Cloud Services functions including data migrations and POCs. The Cloud Services, Senior Specialist works under moderate direction of managers and senior team members.

Job Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex RelativityOne Cloud Services activities including implementations, data migrations, firs RelativityOne project support product onboardings, and complex technical projects.

  • Assess, manage, and respond to customer inquiries regarding RelativityOne Cloud Services.

  • Capture customer and prospective customer requirements and work with internal teams to create scopes of work and enablement plans to address business needs.

  • Serve as client surrogate across Relativity to ensure that end user's perspective is voiced during product development cycle.

  • Participate in sales calls and meetings as required and assist with the preparation of presentation materials.

  • Exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions and act as escalation point for junior team members.

  • Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values.

  • Track activities in the approved, standard internal systems, including detailed updates for all customer interactions and change management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relativity Certified Administrator along with additional certifications (e.g., Relativity Analytics Specialist, Relativity Processing Specialist, Relativity Assisted Review Specialist, Relativity Sales Professional, etc.)

  • Deep knowledge of Relativity and RelativityOne best practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on company and team objectives.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines.

  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting company or team goals.

  • Robust business and IT acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$100,000 and $150,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
