Card Services Specialist II

Primary Purpose:

The Debit Card Specialist is responsible for the card ordering, maintenance and monitoring of reports related to debit cards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: (Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be all inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned)

• Processing of all debit card requests through eForms
• Monitoring of all debit card reports related to card ordering and card maintenance
• Response and monitoring of the debit card email address related to card orders
• Ensure quality standards and daily processing deadlines for debit card ordering are met
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Supervisor

Job Specifications: (Knowledge, skills, and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job)

• High school education and 1-2 years related work experience in bank operations
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and production goals
• Detail oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be a self starter and excel at time management
