• Bachelor's Degree:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or a related field.
  • Equivalent work experience and/or post-high school education in a related field will also be considered.

• Overall IT Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: system analysis, systems integration, engineering, solution design, project management, or related technical disciplines.

• Technical Leadership:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years in a technical leadership or solution architecture role.

• Systems Integration:

  • Experience designing integrations between multiple enterprise systems across various business domains (e.g., operations, clinical, revenue cycle, sales, or support systems).

• Microsoft Azure:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and architecture is preferred, including application hosting, identity management, data storage, and integration patterns.

• Decision-Making:

  • Ability to make decisions and work independently.

• Leadership & Expertise:

  • Demonstrated leadership capacity and subject matter expertise.

• Project Management Tools:

  • Experience using ticket/issue tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of project and change management tools and methodologies, such as DevOps.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Team Collaboration:

  • Proven ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Writing:

  • Strong technical writing/documentation skills and excellent verbal communication skills.

• Multi-Tasking:

  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively with a large remote team.
