CSS TSSM Travel Technology Manager (Remote)

Full-time, United States

We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive colleague to join our team, promoting BCD Travel's online support products and collaborating closely with Global Bids, Sales, and Program Managers. In this exciting role, you'll be the driving force behind bringing our online support services to life for existing BCD clients who have direct contracts with their OBT vendors but haven't yet tapped into BCD's value-added support offerings. You'll identify opportunities, design tailor-made service solutions, and shape compelling commercial offers-ensuring both client satisfaction and business profitability. From the initial contact to long-term service monitoring, you'll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and enhancing our digital portfolio.

As aCSS TSSM Travel Technology Manager, you will



  • Collaborate within a global, virtual team focused on promoting BCD Travel's online support products and supporting Global Bids, Sales, and Program Managers with tailored service offerings for clients using online booking tools and digital solutions.
  • Actively engage with Program Managers of existing BCD clients who have direct contracts with their OBT vendors but have not yet adopted BCD's online support services.
    Identify relevant clients, connect with the responsible Program Manager, and introduce BCD's support services and associated revenue opportunities.
  • Assess each client's individual support needs, design customized service scenarios, estimate resource requirements and costs, and develop compelling commercial proposals.
  • Ensure profitability of all proposed solutions before presenting them to the client.
  • Support Program Managers with client-facing presentations when needed.
  • Finalize and document agreed service details, ensure timely setup and implementation.
  • Monitor ongoing service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle, making adjustments as necessary to ensure continued success.


About you



  • Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry is required
  • Advanced experience in travel technology is required
  • Basic project management experience
  • Advanced administration knowledge of online booking tools
  • Advanced experience in an international workspace
  • Convincing presentation skills and negotiating skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

At BCD Travel we value you, our culture and success is defined by you. We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of CSS TSSM Travel Technology Manager is between $60,000 and $80,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
