Sr. Agilist The Sr. Agilist will play a pivotal role in driving agile methodologies within the organization ensuring efficient project delivery and enhancing team collaboration. With a focus on profitability analysis and reporting the candidate will utilize their expertise in requirements management and project management to optimize processes. The role demands proficiency in MS Office and a deep understanding of Scrum practices. Location: Columbus - OH Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.) Hybrid position, 3 days a week at the office. Responsibilities * Lead agile transformation initiatives to enhance project delivery and team collaboration. * Oversee the implementation of Scrum practices to ensure adherence to agile principles. * Provide expertise in profitability analysis to drive strategic decision-making. * Utilize reporting skills to track project progress and identify areas for improvement. * Manage requirements effectively to align project goals with business objectives. * Coordinate project management activities to ensure timely and successful completion. * Facilitate agile ceremonies to promote transparency and continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and agility. * Develop and maintain project documentation using MS Office tools for clarity and precision. * Implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance team productivity. * Monitor project performance to ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Support the adoption of agile methodologies across the organization. * Drive initiatives that contribute to the company's purpose and societal impact. Qualifications * Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office for effective project documentation. * Exhibit strong skills in requirements management to align project objectives. * Possess expertise in Scrum practices for agile project delivery. * Showcase experience in profitability analysis to support strategic decisions. * Have a solid background in project management for successful execution. * Display knowledge of reporting techniques to track and improve project outcomes. * Understand the AGILE work model to adapt to hybrid environments. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
