Title Business Development Officer - Retirement Plan Solutions Location Hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina Compensation Base salary $125,000 to $150,000, with escalating bonus opportunities based on individual achievement. The Role As a Business Development Officer - Retirement Plan Solutions at Curi RMB Capital, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and achieving sales excellence as an important member of our Retirement Plan Solutions (RPS) team. The RPS team is focused on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), Profit Sharing Plans, Cash Balance Plans, ESOPs, and more. Leveraging your experience in retirement and corporate benefits, your primary emphasis will be identifying and sourcing qualified leads while also acting as a key talent in closing new business to support revenue and profitability growth.
