The Position
This role is an important member of our Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) team, dedicated to ensuring the safety and compliance of our innovative pharmaceutical production facilities. As part of the Genentech Hillsboro Innovative Therapies Team (HIT), you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement programs that protect our people, maintain regulatory compliance, and uphold our dedication to environmental stewardship. This position offers the outstanding opportunity to contribute to the safe production of next-generation immunotherapies, directly impacting patient lives. The Opportunity: As a SHE Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of Genentech's Hillsboro site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing SHE programs, conducting risk assessments, and serving as a subject matter expert to mitigate risks and enhance safety culture.

Relocation benefits are not approved for this job posting. This is an on-site position, remote options are not available. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Hillsboro, OR is $75,000- $139,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
