The Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis team provides financial support to corporate cost centers/functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Executive, Strategy, Insurance, Facilities and Benefits. The group works directly with executives and their teams for strategic planning, forecasting, annual budgeting, monthly financial statements, capital management, and the development/monitoring of key business performance indicators.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6 plus years of direct experience in FP&A
  • Experience with GL and Forecasting tools (e.g PeopleSoft/OneStream).
  • Strong analytic and technical skills include expertise with Microsoft Excel.
  • Flexibility and focus to independently meet tight deadlines with accurate results.
  • Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually.
  • Experience with Power BI (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and the ability to apply key accounting and finance principles.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Provides financial planning, analysis and decision support to senior leaders.
  • Own the preparation and management of the ongoing forecast and budget cycles.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in special projects focused on improving forecasting accuracy and providing additional business insight.
  • Communicate financial performance to respective business owners and finance leaders.
  • Support respective business owners by researching questions and investigating variances in financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and process enhancements related to financial planning, forecasting, allocations and reporting.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information : The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
