Description

Dynamic and experienced healthcare professional with a robust background in urology and a proven track record in clinical education, training, and support. Brings a versatile skill set as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Registered Nurse (RN), or medical device specialist, with deep expertise in urologic procedures.

The Clinical Educator plays a key role in educating healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the administration of oncology medications as part of a clinical trial. This position is a flexible, as-needed role requiring clinical expertise, teaching abilities, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications
  • Extensive urology experience, including surgical procedures, outpatient care, and device-based therapies (e.g., catheters, stents, implants, and minimally invasive technologies).
  • Demonstrated success in clinical training and education, both in-person and virtually, with a focus on clinician proficiency.
  • Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Registered Nurse (RN), or medical device specialist, with deep expertise in urologic procedures.
  • Minimum two years of clinical or related experience in clinical education.
  • Availability to work two consecutive days, two to three times a month providing HCP education.
  • Ability for national overnight travel.
  • Proficiency with personal technologies (iPhone, apps, and health portals).
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability, and professionalism.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert-level education to healthcare professionals on oncology medication administration within a clinical trial.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions, ensuring HCPs are well-informed and confident in procedural execution.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism, representing the organization in all interactions.
  • Apply adult learning principles and customer service excellence to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Maintain SME expertise in all matters related to the oncology product and procedure.
  • Successfully complete assigned training programs within the required timeframe.
  • Provide detailed written reports and feedback following field visits.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and care of any client-provided demonstrator equipment.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding expense reporting, travel, work hours, dress code, and communication protocols.

  • Role is on an as-needed basis.
  • Requires travel and flexibility to accommodate training schedules.
  • Work environment includes clinical settings and professional meetings.
Compensation

$75/hr work & travel
