About the Manager:

I'm a Senior Program Manager of New Product Introduction at JCI. I've been working in the Residential Ducted division for 9+ years. My experience includes competitive market research, acquisitions and mergers, contract negotiations, change management, new product introduction, cost modeling, and leadership training to build a healthy cross functional environment that is fostered by integrity and trust, enabling problem solving and creative thinkers.

My interests revolve mainly around data driven management tools. If you consider this role, we will work together to deliver an improved process allowing us to get to market quicker and implement cost savings quicker. Expect to be challenged in this role, tackle complicated projects, make engineering judgements in the face of uncertainty, and conduct exploratory analysis to evaluate system performance. As a leader, I'm focused on continuous learning and development - both building our own engineering skillsets but also improving our processes and products.

I value candidates with strong work ethic and a growth mindset who will be creative, proactive, and detail-oriented in their work.

I hope you're excited to take on this challenge and help Johnson Controls grow its Ducted Systems business!
