We're looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join our North America HR Business Partner team and help foster a workplace where everyone can thrive. This role is an important partner to both our HR team and the Florence site, helping to guide meaningful initiatives that strengthen our people-first culture.

As a trusted advisor, you'll play a vital role in supporting team members and leaders through thoughtful HR programs, inclusive practices, and open communication. You'll also lead employee relations efforts with care and fairness, helping create a workplace where individuals feel valued, heard, and empowered. This position reports to the Senior HR Business Partner and is based onsite at our Florence facility.

What You'll Be Doing
In this people-centered role, you'll:

* Promote a supportive, inclusive environment by building strong relationships with employees and leaders and championing engagement, belonging, and morale.
* Collaborate with functional leaders to align HR strategies with business goals, providing thoughtful guidance on organizational design, performance, and team development.
* Manage sensitive employee matters-including investigations and performance conversations-with fairness, discretion, and empathy.
* Coordinate key HR programs such as performance management, talent planning, and leadership development to help individuals and teams grow and succeed.
* Ensure smooth onboarding experiences and support long-term retention through strong communication, cultural alignment, and benefits awareness.
* Manage HR systems (Workday, Kronos) and ensure accuracy in data, processes, and compliance with policies and employment regulations.
* Partner with HR Centers of Excellence-including Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations-to implement impactful people strategies and programs.
* Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and contribute to continuous enhancement of the employee experience.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues as an HR Generalist
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

The Senior HR Generalist is required to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodations:

  • Understands complex problems and collaborates to explore alternatives

  • Manages HR-related initiatives

  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Sits for long periods of time in an office environment and/or works on a computer

  • Lifts up to 10 pounds

  • Walks the production floor at least 10% of the workday

  • Travels on occasion for company related events and meetings

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Master's degree in human resources, Organizational Development or related discipline

  • PHR/SPHR

  • Familiarity with Workday and Kronos

  • Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
