We are seeking a Revenue Staff Accountant - who demonstrates knowledge and experience in accounting, uses independence and judgement to recognize and resolve problems. An ideal candidate will be able to apply their strong excel skills and analytical thinking to improve the company's procedures and process flows. This candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and be able to demonstrate full ownership of their work.



Your Impact

    Prepare Revenue and Accounts Receivable journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls for key accounts (Warranty Liability, ASC 606, Accounts Receivable, etc.) for monthly, quarterly and yearly close processes
  • Reconcile the Patient Refund Liability, researching and resolving issues in collaboration with our Revenue Cycle team
  • Prepare journal entries, monthly reconciliations, and work on other aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close process for all transactions specific to Revenue and Accounts Receivable for acquired entities
  • Support the Revenue team with the fulfillment of internal and external audits requirements and preparation of SOX controls
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects as required


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in a public accounting firm or in a large, publicly traded company a plus.
  • Revenue accounting experience a plus.
  • Healthcare experience a plus.
  • Month end close experience is a plus.
