Join Our Team as a Security System Installer Technician at Gallo! We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Security System Installer to join our Corporate Security Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of technology-based security systems, including access control systems, burglar alarm systems, fire alarm systems, and closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems. Your expertise in state-of-the-art security and technology will be essential in ensuring the safety and security of our facilities. As a Security System Installer, you will design, install, and repair various security systems, as well as conduct preventive maintenance to ensure their optimal functionality. You will train Security Officers on the use of these systems, and serve as an on-call technician to troubleshoot and repair systems as needed. Additionally, you will provide guidance and supervision for installation and repair jobs completed by outside vendors, ensuring progress and cost-effectiveness. You will effectively interact with and support the needs of operators in the Central Monitoring Station, company owners, and their families. Providing technical advice to management and completing special projects as requested by the Corporate Security Department are key aspects of this role. Maintaining satisfactory attendance and timeliness is crucial. What You Will Need: * High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate and three years of experience installing and repairing alarm systems, closed circuit television systems and access control systems. * Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
