Associate Operations Processor 10a to 7p

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL, scan into tracking system.
• Deliver and obtain signatures.
• Verify accuracy of all scans and deliveries.
• Collect outbound packages and prepare according to set guidelines releasing packages to Fed Ex and couriers.
• Provide excellent customer service, accurately track packages, and respond to customers via
  email.
• Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.
• Must be computer literate, detail oriented

Qualifications:

• Mail room experience preferred.
• Ability to run mail meter machine preferred.
