Lead Print and Reprographic Specialist

The Lead Print & Reprographics Specialist is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the print production process; managing print equipment and supplies, and ensures the timely and accurate reproduction of printed materials; advises, coordinates, and prioritizes production of work orders, reviews materials and maintains accurate and complete records.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain a high volume of reprographic and finishing equipment; ensuring client orders are completed correctly and on time.
* Perform copying/printing/finishing of digital print and finish work, binding and lamination.
* Prioritize and manage production flow of all customer orders submitted
* Review client requirements to the final stages of production and distribution.
* Communicate consistently with stakeholders regarding production stages and project status.
* Ensure all work is performed according to client specifications; meeting and exceeding expectations.
* Performs as subject matter expert in the Print Services area.
* Track copier usage and maintains required logs.
* Coach, train, and oversee Print Specialist.
* Responsible for maintaining and managing appropriate inventory levels.
* Provide outstanding customer service at all times.
* Keep work orders clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
* Others duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

* 3-4 years minimum experience with reprographics/finishing equipment and print platforms.
* 2-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams).
* Experience as team lead preferred.
* Flexible and adaptable; able to juggle multiple, and at times, conflicting priorities.
* Adaptable to a dynamic environment while possessing strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written, oral, and verbal customer service skills.
* Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
* Able to remain diplomatic in stressful situations; team oriented and has the capacity to build strong working relationships both within the team and with the external stakeholders/customers.
* Maintains confidentiality while working with sensitive materials.
* Punctual, dependable, and dedicate to achieving operational excellence.
* Possesses strong judgement and problem-solving ability.
* Maintains a consistently professional approach, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility.
* Able to lift or move 40lbs or greater at times.
* Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
