About the Role

Collaborate closely with clients and vendors while ensuring everything runs smoothly within compliance and budget. You're Good At



  • Leading event planning with precision from budgeting to onsite execution.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Managing multiple projects while keeping everything organized and on track.
  • Training and mentoring peers in best practices for successful meetings.
  • Communicating effectively with all stakeholders to create seamless event experiences.


You Might Also Have



  • A college degree, ideally in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in meeting planning, particularly in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
  • Solid vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and Cvent.
  • International experience or travel industry knowledge as a plus!

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Program Manager is between $57,000 - $68,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
