Description
We're on the hunt for an awesome HRIS whiz to join our team! You'll be our go-to person for UKG, keeping everything running smoothly and securely. You'll handle system upgrades, support our HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams, and work with vendors on cool new features. If you're into automation, process improvements, and staying on top of HRIS trends, we want to chat with you! This is an in-person role.
Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME for UKG Pro Full Suite and Workforce Management.
  • Ensure system compliance with data security, privacy, and legal standards.
  • Manage internal HRIS functions including support, upgrades, and customization.
  • Configure and maintain security profiles and ensure proper access controls.
  • Evaluate system usage and recommend improvements for efficiency and value.
  • Collaborate with vendors on software implementation and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support to HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  • Implement data integrity controls and support reporting needs.
  • Maintain audit trails for data changes and report generation.
  • Stay updated on HRIS trends, UKG updates, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on third-party interface development and maintenance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost savings.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
  • Align UKG capabilities with business needs through cross-functional collaboration.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of direct experience with HRIS systems such as UKG Pro and Workforce Management.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as UKG Business Intelligence, Workforce Analytics, Power BI (or similar).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proven experience as a business partner in a multi-site organization.
  • Strong time management skills with proven ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to develop and present technical solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in system implementations, upgrades, project management, and user acceptance testing.
