Resident Care Manager

The Resident Care Manager oversees and coordinates all aspects of resident care within Assisted Living, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment. This includes supervising, implementing, coordinating, and managing the resident care assistants, implementing care plans, assisting with activities of daily living of the residents, and communicating with families and other healthcare professionals

Ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on quality of delivery and customer service to residents and their family members, staff, and visitors.

Familiarity with the delivery and business model of Senior Living Services.

Ability to foster trust and build strong relationships with residents, staff, peers and Senior Leadership

Demonstrated team-oriented and collaborative work style and willingness to assist staff as needed to get the job done.

Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines accordingly.

Ability to balance administrative duties, leadership, and interpersonal relationships, demonstrating that each is important.

Ability to manage and lead to achieve continuity of quality care across the organization.

Excellent Verbal and written communication and professional presentation skills consistent with those of an executive leader.

High School graduate or equivalent, higher level of education preferred.
