Position: Experienced Tool & Die Maker

Experience Needed: Certified Tool & Die Maker with a minimum of 5 years of experience. Preferred candidates will have 6+ years of experience, including lamination and carbide expertise, and lean manufacturing experience.

Pay: Hourly role with compensation between $63,000-$73,000 per year.

Shift: 3rd Shift (10PM - 6amPM). Shift Differential of 1.00/hr.

Training will take place on 1st shift from 6am to 2pm until adequately trained.

Your Role:



  • Test tools/dies for specifications, making adjustments as needed
  • Fabricate, fit, and assemble parts using various machine tools
  • Inspect and verify parts for quality and precision
  • Operate manual and CNC machinery for cutting, shaping, and drilling
  • Design jigs, fixtures, and templates for efficient production
  • Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  • Run all toolroom equipment
  • Experience with carbide dies
