Velosity CMD
is hiring a CNC Hard Mill Machinist on 1st shift to support our manufacturing facility in Forest Lake, MN. This position is responsible for machining precision hardened mold components with Rockwell hardness ranging from 42Rc to 62Rc.

This position reports to the Operations Manager and has no direct reports. The typical range for this role: $31.16 - $46.73 per hour. This role is also eligible for our 5% quarterly bonus target. This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range. This is an on-site position. Who is Velosity? Work Conditions & Physical Demands: This is a non-smoking, professional tool shop with normal lighting, climate control. The shop environment may be subject to airborne contaminants and chemical odors as would be customary in a tool making and/or molding shop. In this role, you must be able to regularly life 30-50 lbs., perform repetitive tasks, possess manual dexterity, be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 10 hours per day), ability to wear safety equipment such as safety glasses, and see well (either naturally or with corrections).
