How you'll make an impact:
The Senior Director of Sourcing, Facilities, Travel & Procurement Operations will take charge of our PO operations and have category management responsibility for Facility Services, Travel, and Events within the Sourcing and Procurement organization. In this high-impact role, you'll optimize spend, elevate supplier performance, and drive compliance across complex sourcing initiatives. You'll lead the development and execution of category strategies that deliver scalable value while strengthening supplier relationships and aligning with company-wide goals. As a key member of the Sourcing & Procurement leadership team, you'll help modernize how we manage critical vendor categories and streamline procurement processes to support growth, innovation, and efficiency across the enterprise.
What you'll do:
Category Management - Facilities, Travel, & Events
  • Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for facilities (hard/soft services, maintenance, real estate, security, etc.), corporate travel (TMC, air, hotel, ground, policy), and events.
  • Develop and execute multi-year category roadmaps aligned to budget and business needs.
  • Lead the delivery of the annual YOY productivity savings & working capital impact across the category.
  • Drive vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management for strategic suppliers.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to shape sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
Procurement Operations & PO Management:
  • Oversee procure-to-pay (P2P) operations, including PO creation, tracking, compliance, and exception handling.
  • Collaborate with AP, IT, and Shared Services to streamline procurement workflows and automation.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for PO processing time, accuracy, and policy adherence.
  • Lead initiatives to improve user experience and compliance through tools, training, and governance and policy updates.
Strategy, Analytics, & Leadership:
  • Deliver on cost savings, risk reduction, and supplier consolidation goals.
  • Leverage data insights, market intelligence, and TCO analysis to inform decisions.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team for category manager(s) and procurement specialist(s).
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, legal, and regulatory requirements.
What you'll need:
  • 12+ years of Strategic Sourcing and Category Management experience.
  • 7+ years of Procurement Operations experience.
  • 7+ years experience in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance preferred, or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven expertise in Facilities, Travel, and Events category management with travel policy design and duty of care frameworks experience.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end purchase order (PO) operations, including creation, tracking, compliance, and issue resolution within ERP or procurement systems.
  • Policy and process creation and implementation experience.
  • Expert in negotiating complex supplier contracts and managing global supplier relationships.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present to executive leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a transformational environment; previous experience in organization transformation preferred.
  • Proficient in interpreting legal terms and redlining contracts per legal guidelines.
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the annual salary for this position to be between $200,000 and $230,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
