As the Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of new capabilities and enhancements of our online eCommerce & digital relationship applications. This role is responsible and accountable for setting the product vision, providing thought leadership and guidance on industry trends, best practices, and goals. This includes, but not limited to: the product backlog, negotiating priorities working with stakeholders across the organization, execution of features and enhancements, measurement against specific KPI targets. You will partner with other business units and stakeholders to translate product strategy and problem solving into a detailed and prioritized roadmap of enhancements and new capabilities. This role will collaborate deeply with delivery teams to implement, measure, and learn from current features and improvements made to My Bio-Rad and other related applications through feedback mechanisms and analytics. Finally, you will be instrumental in ensuring that stakeholder and delivery teams are aligned to support the growth and expansion of My Bio-Rad and other digital relationship applications.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and adoption of digital experience applications.
  • Set product vision, goals, and roadmap for future feature development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
  • Manages, grooms, and prioritizes the product backlog in collaboration with IT.
  • Communicates, collaborates and negotiates with key stakeholders, including cross-functional team leadership and businesses.
  • Defines and aligns product requirements and outcomes that impact customers and internal teams alike.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a key participant in enterprise-wide planning and projects.
  • Develops and delivers change management activities in accordance with product enhancements.


What You Bring:



  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy development and execution.
  • Track record of successfully building cross functional relationships and stakeholder alignment across multiple business units.
  • Exhibits and role models all Bio-Rad competencies at high levels.
  • Success leading complex projects and executing change management.
  • Proven ability to lead and effectively drive necessary changes.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $153,100 to $210,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
