Job Description Elwyn seeks a Director of Advancement Operations to be responsible for leading and executing the organization's annual giving program and ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of donor data management. This position oversees all aspects of appeals, donor acknowledgment, stewardship, and prospect research. The role ensures donors are engaged and recognized through personalized communication and strategic fundraising initiatives. The individual will also support the organization's fundraising goals by maintaining accurate donor records, managing campaign performance tracking, and identifying new giving opportunities through research and data analysis. This role collaborates cross-functionally to enhance donor experiences and improve fundraising outcomes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
