Job Content Designer Vancouver, BC, Austin, TX, or Los Angeles, CA - Hybrid Relocation not supported for this role We are looking for a Job Content Designer (JCD) to support a transformational Workforce Infrastructure effort at EA. In this hybrid role, you will lead the creation, review, and finalization of job content data for assigned job families across EA. You'll use AI tools, skills architecture frameworks, and partner engagement strategies to develop high-quality job profiles that meet internal standards and reflect industry best practices. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development in Global Talent, you'll help shape EA's workforce infrastructure by ensuring our job content has clarity and is consistent, and market-aligned. This is an 18-month, full time temporary, hybrid role with benefits. Responsibilities: * Facilitate job content development by managing the end-to-end process for assigned job families, partnering with People Experience Partners (PE), and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather insights and ensure agreement. * Create and refine job content using EA-approved AI tools, SME inputs, and your own understanding of the roles to produce high-quality draft profiles. * Lead reviews summarizing SME feedback to finalize job profiles that reflect both EA standards and real-world job expectations. * Maintain accuracy and consistency across job content, ensuring deliverables are complete, well-formatted, and ready for employee use. Qualifications/Skills: * Skills Architecture - Knowledge of defining and applying skills across roles. * AI Tool Proficiency - Comfortable using AI tools to support accurate and efficient job content creation. * Facilitation - Ability to guide SME discussions and agreement. * Process Orientation - Structured, consistent approach to content development. * Partner Influence - Navigate team and partner relationships to ensure agreement. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES * British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) * $126,000 - $176,300 CAD * California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento) * $138,200 - $219,000 USD In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
