Job Title: Project Records Coordinator Location: Trenton, NJ, 08625 Pay Rate: $25.96/hr. on W2 without benefits Duration: Contract 12+ months Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) Lunch Period (unpaid): 30 minutes at either 12:00 PM or 12:30 PM (flexible) Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Mandatory Skills/Certifications: At least one year of experience in business administration, providing administrative support services, and/or coordinating work activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to compile, organize, review, and interpret data and materials. Proficiency in preparing correspondence and documentation Effective verbal and written communication skills. Role & Responsibilities: Monitor and manage Public Contract Assistance email inbox. Address project inquires and provide project research support. Upload compliance review letters to the H2Loans website. Maintain project records and electronic files for Public Contract Assistance. Enhance, conduct, and develop in-house file archive tracking strategies and processes. Review and log SED (Socially and Economically Disadvantaged) business participation monthly and quarterly reports. Utilize program database for compliance analysis, conduct database updates and evaluate submittal accuracy and deficiencies. Monitor project goal achievements and compile close-out materials. Compile project status reports and distribute scheduled notifications to Project Sponsors.
