In this role, you'll craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a front-line representative of Nutrition Services, you will operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, cleanliness, and positive energy matter. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on multitasking, loves to engage with people, and takes pride in preparing drinks that brighten someone's day. What you'll be doingPrepare a variety of coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks following established recipes and portion standards to ensure quality and consistency.Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and engage in upselling and substitution suggestions to enhance the guest experience.Operate the register, handle cash and electronic payments efficiently, and maintain accurate records during high-volume service periods.Clean as you go and maintain a tidy, organized workstation. Follow sanitation guidelines and food safety protocols at all times.Assist coworkers and support various roles within Nutrition Services to ensure smooth operations throughout the department.Monitor beverage supplies and ingredients, report low stock, and restock stations to maintain continuous service flow.Ensure beverages are aesthetically pleasing and served at the appropriate temperature, enhancing the visual and sensory experience.Respond to changing demands and assist with other tasks as needed, maintaining a positive attitude and readiness to help wherever needed.
