This isn't your average buildout. We're talking massive manufacturing plants and complex commercial sites-where precision, leadership, and hustle matter. What You'll Be Doing * Partner with experienced leads to install and run cable in busy, high-traffic industrial environments. * Navigate the challenges of large-scale construction with minimal supervision. * Deliver clean, efficient installs that meet the highest standards. * Installing Low Voltage infrastructures in a commercial setting * Network gear and device install / Commercial Data Installation * Install camera and security devices What We're Looking For Experience in large commercial or industrial construction (not just tenant buildouts) Proven ability to lead a helper and stay productive without hand-holding A reputation for showing up, staying focused, and getting it done References that back up your work ethic and dependability Nice to Have * OSHA 10 & Lift Certification (required before stepping on site) We will provide training if you do * Your own basic tools (we'll supply the heavy-duty gear) * Expert-level skills in low voltage systems and Cat6 cabling Top Skills * Installation * Low Voltage * Cat6 Cabling Why You'll Love This Role High-impact projects No micromanagement-just trust and expectations A chance to prove you're the best of the best with team members with similar attitudes. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
