Job Description

The Strategy Manager will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Strategy team in the development and dissemination of our business strategies and operational priorities. This will require the individual to frame complex business challenges, apply rigorous analysis to evaluate alternatives, and communicate insights through clear, structured messaging. This role is ideal for an analytically minded strategist who is eager to grow into a trusted advisor by demonstrating the ability to break down complex problems, synthesize data into actionable insights, and build structured approaches that drive clarity and impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct structured analysis of defined business challenges by synthesizing internal data, stakeholder input, and market intelligence to support strategic recommendations and decision-making
  • Leverage financial benchmarking and scenario modeling to present leadership with a range of forward-looking scenarios that reflect potential operating environments
  • Craft and deliver high-impact communications, both written and verbal, that distill complex insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences
  • Serve as a thought partner who can both engage in team problem solving and contribute to knowledge creation initiatives
  • Monitor competitor actions, market trends, and industry benchmarks to provide an outside-in perspective that sharpens internal strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of departmental and enterprise-level strategies to ensure all deliverables align with broader organizational goals
  • Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, functioning as an advisor and connector of ideas
  • Identify emerging topics that anticipate leadership needs and spark forward-looking dialogue
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree; fields with a quantitative bent (e.g. Economics, Finance, etc.) preferred
  • 4-6 years of experience working in a strategy function with experience supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Management consulting or corporate strategy experience preferred, with prior exposure to the insurance industry a significant plus
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
