Position Summary The University of Illinois at Chicago Department of Radiology seeks applications for an individual board certified in radiology/nuclear medicine or nuclear radiology with extensive experience in all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures. This appointment is a full time position with academic rank dependent upon qualifications of candidate. The Department is equipped with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including 5 MR units and two 3T MRI, three multidetector CT scanners, 1 PET CT and five ultrasound machines, one with shear wave elastography capability, as well as a fully dedicated research 3T MRI unit. Advanced MR examinations such as for prostate and rectal cancer, as well as MR Elastography are performed. Salary Range: $350,000 - $550,000 Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications Candidate must have MD degree in an appropriate field, must possess medical license in Illinois, or eligible. Candidate must also be Board certified or eligible. Applicants must be fellowship trained and board certified in radiology/nuclear medicine or nuclear radiology with extensive experience in all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures.
