This position involves a wide array of responsibilities requiring meticulous attention to detail, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and proficiency in financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting or finance, exhibit excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. The Assistant Office Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial and manufacturing data and compliance with administrative business regulations. ***Travel Expectations*** This position requires travel to company site in our Alaska Operation within the assigned region. Travel expectations may vary depending on business needs, however, candidates should anticipate spending up to 40-60% each year in Alaska. This travel engagement may last for 4 months spanning up to 6 months with an exclusive PTO benefit for up to 1 month offsite when in Alaska and or during the season; Employees are encouraged to schedule their vacation time in consultation with their regional managers and in consideration of project timelines and business needs within the alignment of company vacation policies and regulations.
