Financial Analyst

FINANCIAL ANALYSTS:

Plan, execute, and manage financial statement and internal control audit engagements. Collect and analyses of non-GAAP metrics and fund performance data. Develop, maintain and leverage internal contacts. Perform analytical reviews of audit documents and prepare footnote and MD&A disclosures, financial reports and complete audits. Advise and assist clients with accounting, financial reporting, internal control matters and reporting aspects of transactions including acquisitions, equity, and debt etc. Analyze and establish procedures to ensure timely and effective month-end closes. Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any); or Commerce, Business Administration with 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Houston, TX.
