Insight is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Flex Lab/Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Lab/Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all incoming orders are received, processed, packed, and quality checked with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable of warehouse and safety procedures, possess some computer experience, and be able to work well in a team-oriented environment.

This is a flex shift position and will allow you the ability to pick your shifts per week, working a maximum of 20 hours per week during our normal business hours Monday-Friday. Picking your shifts can easily be done with your mobile phone using out shift management app.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify contents of orders picked for the lab.
• Select the right size of boxes and pack the product according to work instructions.
• Operate computer terminal to enter relevant data.
• Unbox orders and set up bench for lab technicians.
• Process orders according to established work instructions.
• Move pallets and racks of equipment between logistics and lab.
• Accurately mark the correct number on product and label products.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards in the work area.

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of computer systems.
• Knowledge of warehouse and safety procedures.
• The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
