What you'll do:

• Creates cadence and processes for business development officers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, and retail bankers to collaborate with prospects, clients, and each other to ensure collaboration and organization

• Createsl forecasting, reporting, dashboards, KPI's and trend data for the bank to make informed
  decisions, measure ROI and performance, and budget spend on events, marketing, campaigns

• Works with marketing team to create and run campaigns to ensure proper utilization and ROI of
  leads/events/projects

• Creates and manages processes for large influx of leads, from multiple sources.

• Creates and maintains data scrubbing process for leads, activities, relationships, opportunities, project

• Liaises with developers and department heads to suggest and implement CRM changes and technology updates based on needs of the organization

• Run sales meetings, stand ups and one-on-one performance reviews to discover gaps in the pipeline, best practices, and to present updated processes

What you'll need:

• Degree from a 4 year accredited school

• 10+ years experience in banking

• 10+ years in sales operation

• Deep knowledge of sales processes and strategies
