Downstream Marketing Manager, Commercial Marketing

Position can be on-site (hybrid) in our Schaumburg, IL office, or Remote!

Natus Sensory provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic sensory solutions to healthcare providers and specialists across the globe through our commercial organization of sales, service, and marketing professionals.

SUMMARY:
The Downstream Marketing Manager plays a critical part in fully developing the sales and profit potential of individual markets for our strategic business units. The Downstream Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Manager, Global Commercial Marketing, and will be responsible for leading the end-to-end new product introductions in the US. This role plays a key role in partnering with the sales team, Clinical Application Specialists, and upstream marketing Product Managers to articulate the value proposition and drive positioning and promotion within the US market. The Downstream Marketing Manager understands and anticipates customers' needs and can strategically position products/solutions to generate short-term leads for the field and long-term inputs into the future roadmap.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Analyze the market, the competition, and trends within the US market
*Prepare and plan, together with Downstream Global Marketing Senior Manager and US Sales Leadership Team, the market introduction of new products, including promotion material and product information, to generate the largest impact in the market.
*Define and implement launch strategy for the US market of new solutions including any required localization of positioning, messaging to priority target segments, new segment development initiatives (e.g., customer education seminars, customer presentations, local development and management of luminaries and clinical advocates, development and management of reference sites, etc.)
*Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for US exhibitions, congresses, and trade shows. This includes preparing and distributing the planning deck and reports, and metrics to measure the success of the events.
*Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns throughout the lifecycle of Natus Sensory products to drive profitable growth. This includes crafting effective communication strategies and creating impactful collateral.
*Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, social media, paid media, etc.) to support lead generation goals. Track and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as MQLs, conversion rates, and ROI.
*Work with the Sales team to have a coordinated marketing communication strategy which enables them to conduct presentations ahead of the new product launch and have branded campaigns while promoting products/services in their respective territories.
*Ensure compliance of local marketing materials with regulatory requirements (Q&R review).
*Gather local market and customer insights, and feed information back to Upstream Product Management and Sales Leadership team to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
*Drive US marketing budget planning, in coordination with Sales and Finance.

Travel Required: Some travel is required, up to 30%.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Qualification Requirements:
*Education:
*Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or Business Management (MBA preferred).
*Experience:
*5-7 years of experience in Product Management, Field Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or Sales.
*Experience in high-tech, health-tech, or solutions businesses, preferably within the Hearing & Balance or Newborn Care Screening markets.
*Proven track record of introducing new products to global markets.
*Experience with demand generation campaigns.
*Skills and Abilities:
*Ability to engage, inspire, and rally commitment from customers, product management, field, and sales teams.
*Expertise in delivering complex projects to meet demanding New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines with high quality.

Pay Transparency:
Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education. Compensation range: $80,000 to $105,000 plus bonus!
