Are you a strategic HR partner ready to make a global impact?

We're looking for aHuman Resources Business Partner (HRBP)to join our team at our global HQ in Allentown, PA. The HRBP will drive people strategies that fuel business success. In this high-impact role, you'll partner with senior leaders across multiple business units to shape a high-performance culture, develop talent, and lead workforce planning initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategies with business goals.

  • Lead talent and performance management processes with a focus on development and mobility.

  • Coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams.

  • Collaborate with global HR teams and COEs (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Employee Relations).

  • Identify and recommend improvement opportunities to processes and programs to create efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

  • Support organizational design and change management efforts.

  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging (DIB).

  • Support labor relations, including CBA interpretation, grievance resolution, and union engagement.

  • Travel locally and internationally (~20%), including weekly visits to Lehigh Valley manufacturing sites. Other locations include Houston, St. Louis, Norway, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, India, and China.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of HRBP/Generalist experience, with strong labor relations experience in manufacturing or distribution.

  • Proven ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.

  • Broad HR knowledge: workforce planning, employee relations, compensation, and talent development.

  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.Effectively prioritizing competing priorities across multiple business units.

  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus).

  • Experience working in unionized environments and with global teams.
