The basics of this position:

We are seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Technical Training Instructors. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external industry partners to identify workforce trends and training requirements. You will be responsible for developing and delivering hands-on training programs that align with current industry standards, assessing student skill levels, and ensuring that instructional content meets evolving market needs. Additionally, you will manage the specification, setup, and maintenance of lab equipment to support practical training environments.

What you'll do:



  • Collaborate with industry partners to identify emerging trends and workforce needs. Design and develop training courses that meet current industry standards. Assess student competencies and tailor instruction accordingly. Deliver hands-on training in a lab or classroom setting. Specify, set up, and maintain technical lab equipment. Continuously evaluate and update training content to remain aligned with industry demands.


Education, experience, and other requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent plus one (1) years of experience
* Associate Degree or equivalent plus three (3) years of experience
* Five (5) years of experience - Industry recognized credential may be required
* Other industry certification(s) in related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications include NIMS certifications, SACA certifications, OSHA 10 General Industry certification, and any additional industrial maintenance, robotics, or safety certifications such as OSHA 30, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, FANUC Robotics Certification, Siemens PLC Certification, or Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT).
