Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location(s): New York, NY

The Admin/Coordinator will manage the review, research and controls to support Broker sales of Institutional & Retail Life business. They will be responsible for maintaining the credentials required by each State, updating internal systems, and communicating changes to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


  • Research and analysis of current Brokers' license & appointment status to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards and requirements sales.
  • Review and processing of Broker licensing and appointment requests, renewals and expirations.
  • Perform Quality Reviews of processes; identify gaps and suggest solutions.


Requirements:


  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented -Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills set are REQUIRED.
  • Basic knowledge/ability to navigate administrative systems
  • Critical thinking and decisions making skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and build relationships.
