State Farm is on the lookout for a Technology Analyst-Testing to spearhead our Personal Lines Modernization deployments of PolicyCenter! Your Responsibilities May Include:

  • Test Conductor Extraordinaire: Lead the planning and execution of end-to-end application testing for our groundbreaking PolicyCenter deployments. Your baton will guide us toward excellence!
  • Collaboration Guru: Work together with teams to implement process improvements, enabling swifter testing and deployment of major PolicyCenter changes. Your ideas will help us roll out transformative systems company-wide!
  • DevOps & Agile Advocate: Exhibit a growth mindset and foster accountability from inception to implementation. Your role will be pivotal in creating a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance Champion: Ensure that you and your team adhere to enterprise policies and standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and integrity.
  • Testing Virtuoso: Dive into system and business acceptance testing while also spearheading the development of test automation. Your expertise will be crucial!
  • Risk Wrangler: Identify, manage, and facilitate the resolution of risks, issues, and defects. You'll be our problem-solving hero!
  • Support Superhero: Provide guidance and consultation to business and department partners, helping to resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Relationship Builder: Forge and maintain strategic connections with both business and technical stakeholders. Your communication skills will be your superpower!
  • Knowledge Explorer: Develop a deep understanding of State Farm's structure, systems, products, and processes to enhance your effectiveness.


Qualifications

Who We're Looking For:

  • Test Case Organizer: You can develop test cases and business requirements based on your practical experience and knowledge of our products and processes.
  • Schedule Wizard: You're skilled in creating large-scale test schedules that involve 30+ participating teams and numerous integrated services.
  • Communication Connoisseur: You can effectively and clearly communicate in large meetings, providing updates on testing progress and sending out impactful written communications.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with PolicyCenter
  • Hands-on experience with product testing, integration testing, and business acceptance testing.
  • Familiarity with Agility/VersionOne.

  • Potential starting salary range:
    • $63,976.25- $135,000 based on skills, background, experience, and geographic location. ***High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience***
