• Job Title: Union Relief Driver
• Location: Frederickson, WA
• Company: LeMay/PCR (Waste Connections)
• Job Type: Full-Time, Union Position
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  Occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed

• Starting Pay: $32.71/hour (91% of union scale)
• Top Scale Pay: $35.65/hour after 692 hours worked
• Stable 40-hour workweek with overtime opportunities

• Safely operate a garbage truck on assigned local routes to collect solid waste
• Follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions to service customers efficiently
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections, checking fluids, tires, and safety equipment
• Operate hydraulic hand controls to lift and load refuse
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading waste without assistance
• Interact courteously with customers and represent the company professionally
• Complete other related duties as assigned

• Frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of objects over 50 lbs
• Exposure to outdoor weather, including rain, heat, and cold
• Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, and moderate noise levels
• Must follow all safety protocols and procedures

• Valid Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement
• At least 2 years of relevant driving experience
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic knowledge of truck components and inspection procedures
