Sports Marketing Coordinator (Temporary Full

We're looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to support our growing sports marketing function in a temporary full-time capacity. Based in Los Angeles, this role is ideal for someone early in their career to contribute to a fast-paced team managing athlete relationships, brand campaigns, and sports programming within a mission-driven beverage company. You'll bring real-world experience in asset tracking, deliverables management, and cross-functional collaboration. event support, and reporting; all while helping shape the infrastructure of our sports vertical.

This is a temporary full-time role from June through December, based out of our Los Angeles office with hybrid work expectations of 2 days a week on site.

Key Responsibilities



  • Track and manage partner deliverables, branded content, product shipments, and creative timelines
  • Maintain and update campaign trackers, calendars, and reporting dashboards
  • Support athlete and sponsorship campaign planning and execution
  • Coordinate social media posting schedules and manage influencer product seeding and approvals
  • Assist in briefing materials, itineraries, and production logistics for events and activations
  • Compile campaign results, performance metrics, and support recap documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to keep projects aligned and on schedule


Who You Are



  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and confident using tools like Excel, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communicator with a track record of follow-through and task ownership
  • Experienced in (or eager to grow in) project coordination, campaign logistics, and vendor communication
  • Familiar with influencer and social media campaign workflows
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable - especially in live event and campaign settings
  • Passionate about sports and energized by building something from the ground up

The pay range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors; actual pay offered may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Sales commissions and/or variable pay plans are also offered depending on the position (ex: monthly, quarterly, annual bonuses). Hourly Pay Rate

$25.86 - $32.85 USD
