About the role:

As a Lead Java Full Stack with React., you will make an impact by conducting requirements using React and Java configuration. You will be a valued member of the retail team and work collaboratively with managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
* Design and develop scalable applications using React and Java to meet business requirements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of vendor management systems.
* Analyze existing systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
* Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
* Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative environment.
* Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to industry standards.
* Participate in architectural discussions to align solutions with business goals.
* Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and design processes.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
* Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations in all solutions.
* Optimize application performance to enhance user experience and satisfaction.

Work model: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Atlanta, GA. What you need to have to be considered:

* 7+ years with hands on experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices and React Js with GCP (or AWS/Azure cloud).
* Possess strong expertise in React and Java with a proven track record of successful projects.
* Demonstrate experience in vendor management within the retail domain is a plus.
* Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
* Show proficiency in software development best practices and architectural principles.
* Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
* Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry advancements.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until July 4, 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 - $93,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
