How you will make history here... The Sr. Customer Sales Lead- Campbell Snacks is responsible for the development and implementation to drive sales within trade rate, volume, profit and share growth within bakery and frozen categories. Responsibilities include proactively managing and delivering growth, creating/evaluating and updating business plans to meet all sales objectives. In addition, the Sr. Customer Sales Lead is responsible for implementing brand strategies and tactics with Kroger, by working closely with key decision makers and utilizing shopper marketing and category insights to implement Executional Excellence model (Assortment, Shelf, Displays & Service). The Sr. Customer Sales Lead is also responsible for communicating plans to internal and external field operations teams. This position works in a customer team office located in Cincinnati, Ohio 3 days per week (hybrid). Approximately 10-15% travel required. What you will do...
Assess customer's competitive position, behaviors and strategies and understand how they align with Campbell's strategic goals to help determine a customer investment strategy (use of trade, customer shopper marketing, and integrated marketing equities) that will best support a joint plan to benefit Campbell's and the customer's revenue, profit and share growth. Develop productive working relationship with key decision makers at various levels within the customer's organizational structure. Who you will work with... Requires cross-functional interaction within the customer team (Sales Finance, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Customer Development & Sales Strategy) as well as with Headquarter personnel (Sales Strategy, Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) to varying degrees depending on the size, complexity and strategic importance of the customer. Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $137,800-$198,000Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
