*Description*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive PC Tech in Waukegan, IL focusing on warehouse and deployment operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in IT support and inventory management, who thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment. *Key Responsibilities:* * Fulfill IT hardware requests and manage inventory within the warehouse. * Receive, check in, and ship IT hardware, ensuring accurate records in SAP. * Process and resolve assigned ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner. * Support equipment recovery efforts, including pickup of devices and peripherals from onsite locations. * Coordinate with managers of offboarded employees to retrieve IT assets. * Prepare and ship return kits (boxes and FedEx labels) for remote users; process returned equipment following data retention protocols. * Deploy computer peripherals and assist with hardware setups (e.g., monitors). * Image and configure computers as needed. *Required Qualifications:* * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or warehouse/stockroom operations. * Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365 applications. * Familiarity with incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ITSM). * Experience using SAP for inventory tracking. * Valid driver's license. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Associate degree in Information Technology or related field. * CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. *Top Skills:* * IT hardware handling and deployment * ServiceNow ticketing system * SAP inventory management * Windows desktop support * Equipment recovery and logistics *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
