Overview Gilbane Development Company is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Public-Private Partnerships (P3) to lead and expand our P3 initiatives in local & state government entities, K-12, and healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in originating and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, developing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth through innovative P3 solutions. This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional skills in project development, financial structuring, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy: Leads the development and execution of the company's P3 strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities
Qualifications EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Rhode Island this ranges from $180,000 - $250,000 plus benefits and a retirment program. For Massachusetts this ranges from $200,000 - $280,000 plus benefits and a retirement program.
